解析：unpalatable 表示难吃的意思，来自于palate表示味觉。因此吃了不好吃的食物下次就不吃了呗。后面说on the basis of their most conspicuous features 以他们最危险住的特征为基础，那要他们最为显住的特征干嘛呢?就是要把他们和其他的食物区别开来，所以选择A选项，识别出。
hoard表示储存，如果不喜欢一定是不会存起来的。这个单词要跟hoary区分开。
hoary - Overused and unoriginal; trite: 古老的，陈旧的，老掉牙的
hoard - Accumulate (money or valued objects) and hide or store away: 存储

第一个空格填入uniform会让大家造成一些困扰，这里的uniform表示的是整体一致的意思，从意思上就可以理解为simultaneously的意思。
